ROBERT ANKENY
With over 30 years as a successful entrepreneur, Robert has a track record of identifying market gaps and delivering innovative solutions. He began his career by leading a design-build firm, collaborating with billion-dollar clients in the retail grocery and industrial food processing sectors, including SuperValu. Recently, his focus has shifted to renewable energy asset development, where he brings expertise in supply chain solutions, real estate support, and advanced technology adoption to drive sustainable initiatives.
Robert lives in Eagle, Idaho, with his wife and two children. They enjoy spending time outdoors, embracing the natural beauty of Idaho through skiing, hiking, and fishing.
WES SANDA, MBA
Wes, a business executive with 25 years of experience in business management. He has a keen ability to listen, collaborate and provide finance operations leadership to companies across a wide range of industries. He most notably was a part of the $17.7 billion merger between Northwest Airlines and Delta. While working there, Wes excelled in his role when he coordinated, developed & overseen the communication plan, announcement and change management of 35,000 employees. During his time with Innovation Group, Wes led an initiative to establish a senior leadership team for a fast growing $20 million multi-location company while removing 38% of the costs. Growing up on a farm, Wes has a passion for agriculture. Spending the past 2 years creating relationships, envisioning what the plant-based industry could be.
MIKE REYSACK
Mike Reysack has over 30 years experience in the financial services industry including investments, capital formation, insurance, and real estate development. Most recently, Mike has used his skills consulting for several start-up companies including ag, data analytics, and medical technology. Mike has a passion for getting things done, thinking outside the box, and accomplishing the tasks in front of him. He is client centered, attentively focused, and pursues excellence.
Mike is a University of Northern Iowa graduate with a BA in education and is the current owner/operator of The Solar Guys of Iowa. He looks forward to working with many types of businesses creating the perfect opportunity for success.
He has been married to Jayne for 35 years and has raised three beautiful and inspiring triplet children (Michael, Hannah, and Sydney). When he is not working or spending time with family, he enjoys CrossFit, golf, racquet sports, and traveling the country playing competitive Senior Softball.
NATE Voronyak
Nate is the President and Chairman of Evolt Enterprises, a boutique financial engineering and lending company. Nate leads all Evolt Capital’s financial endeavours: investments, private equity placement, debt positioning and strategic financial consulting across medium and large-scale renewable energy and real estate related projects. Additionally, Nate is a fund advisor to a prudent hedge fund managed by Paul Joseph Management. He’s been an entrepreneur for over two decades and is currently a board member for three successful organizations.
